Role Description

This part-time hybrid role as a Business Marketing Executive is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The primary responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, managing relationships with clients and business partners, analyzing market trends, and selling insurance. The role also involves contributing to joint marketing campaigns, coordinating events and promotional activities, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Marketing Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Monitoring
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Social Media Marketing
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Time Management and Organizational skills to handle a part-time, hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently when required
  • Familiarity with Indonesia's insurance market is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
