Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Executive, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work from home flexibility. The Business Executive will be responsible for executing business strategies, developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include clients communication, presentation preparation, and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building
  • Experience with market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media marketing, and campaign management
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial
