The opportunity

As a Field Sales Representative at PT GEO KWANG ENG, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success in the Jakarta region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, while actively promoting the agency's diverse range of services and offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to clients, project sites, and business partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to order, including documentation and negotiation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development (construction industry highly preferred.
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
  • Able to communicate in English or Korean (verbal & written required)
  • Knowledge of construction materials or project sales is a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • Willing to travel for site visits and business trips
