Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Partner located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Partner will be responsible for driving business development, fostering relationships, and providing insurance mentorship. They will work on financial and health protection education initiatives, assist in onboarding new franchise members, and support community-based learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Business development and relationship management skills
  • Experience in financial and health protection education
  • Mentorship and onboarding skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both remote and on-site)
  • Background in insurance or financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
