Our client is a European heavy equipment company expanding its presence in Indonesia through infrastructure projects across multiple cities. They are currently seeking a Site Project Manager to oversee on-site operations and ensure the successful execution of projects in Indonesia's dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across complex project scopes. This role will be a 1-year contract position, employed by a contractor and not directly by the client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the project progress, identify potential risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage contractors and vendors, including overseeing their work, evaluating performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards and compliance.
  • Bridge communication between Headquarter and local contractors and consultants to facilitate seamless coordination and timely resolution of project-related matters.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, site staff, and subcontractors if necessary

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Professional engineering license (PE) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Solid grasp of industry standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools, Microsoft Office Pro (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
