Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil project activities at the site to ensure work is executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Lead and monitor the performance of site engineers and technical teams in daily operations, installation, and construction work.
  • Review design drawings, provide technical solutions, and coordinate changes or adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, material usage, and work progress to stay within budget and target deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve on-site technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, cost control, and technical performance.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP and Civil construction or project management.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical installation, plumbing, fire protection, and structural work.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Familiar with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
