Responsibilities

  • Mengatur, mengarahkan, mengontrol aktifitas proyek konstruksi dari awal hingga selesai secara on-site.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (project manager, mandor, tukang) dan eksternal (client, designer, subcon) selama proses pelaksanaan proyek.
  • Menguasai gambar kerja lengkap beserta dengan spesifikasi material yang digunakan.
  • Melakukan pengukuran bouwplank dan memastikan semua grid sesuai dengan gambar kerja.
  • Melakukan pengawasan dan pengarahan pekerjaan on-site guna menghindari adanya kesalahan pekerjaan dan re-work dilakukan.
  • Melakukan pengawasan dan pengarahan pekerjaan on-site guna mencapai timeline schedule yang telah di sepakati.
  • Melakukan opname progress borongan on-site dan memastikan performa tukang borongan berjalan dengan baik.
  • Melakukan kontrol stok material dan menjalankan perencanaan request order material.
  • Menerima dan melakukan pengecekan terhadap volume dan kualitas material yang dikirim ke lapangan.
  • Melakukan pengawasan dan pengarahan pekerjaan on-site guna mencapai standard kualitas perusahaan.
  • Melakukan pengecekan volume progress dan memastikan pekerjaan subcon yang dihasilkan sesuai standard kualitas perusahaan.
  • Mengirimkan report progress lapangan dalam format daily report dan mengkomunikasikan status serta kondisi proyek setiap hari pada pukul 17.00 WIB.
  • Memastikan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Konstruksi) berjalan dengan baik selama proses pelaksanaan proyek.

Qualifications

  • Pengalaman kerja 1-2 tahun dalam bidang konstruksi.
  • Sarjana teknik sipil / arsitektur.
  • Memiliki ketertarikan dan keinginan yang tinggi untuk belajar dalam bidang konstruksi (general & interior construction).
  • Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan software konstruksi, seperti AutoCAD, Sketchup, dan Microsoft Office.
  • Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, dan time-management skills.
