About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Trimatra Tatagraha', a leading facade construction company based in Jakarta. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. This is a full-time position that requires your presence at our Jakarta-based construction sites.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  2. Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  3. Monitoring site progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
  4. Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  5. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and effective communication
  6. Providing regular progress reports and updates to the management team
  7. Mentoring and coaching junior site personnel to support their professional development

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  2. Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3,0
  3. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the facade sectors
  4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex construction projects
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-focused mindset
  6. Thorough understanding of construction methods, processes, and relevant regulations
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  8. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  9. Proficient in the use of construction management software and technologies
