  1. Responsible for overseeing the status of the project;
  2. Accountable for the execution of the FTTH, FTTX Project, and Management of Personnel;
  3. Will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, as well as with other departments for support.
  4. Creates value for clients independently, bringing excellent project and change management skills and past client experiences.
  5. Creates and manages the projected budget and allocation of project resources;
  6. Project team management, to meet targets from higher management.
  7. Sub-contractor or team's management, to manage the project progress, issues, safety, etc;
  8. Materials management; manages the project team to monitor the materials request and usage, lost, and returned, etc.
  9. Engineering, ROW submission progress, and push for the approval;
  10. PAT, PAC, FAC milestone management, to push the progress to meet the target;
  11. Other required activities include being the assistant project director/higher management of country projects, etc.

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in telecommunication engineering or related
  2. Extensive experience in telecom project management, especially with FTTH/OSP project management experience, handling strategic plans, annual business plans, and financials;
  3. Must have at least 3 years of work experience in managing end-to-end FTTH Projects
  4. Strong project and change management background;
  5. Could travel in the national area;
  6. Willing to be assigned to different regions in the country
  7. Good communication in English is a MUST
