As we continue to expand our innovative projects, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-value projects for our diverse clientele. This senior role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology, geospatial, or cloud solutions industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing multifaceted projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-level projects, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and report progress to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project management staff and project team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a significant portion in the technology sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with geospatial technologies, location intelligence, and/or cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Google Maps Platform is highly desirable).
  • Demonstrable experience in managing the full project lifecycle for complex software development or data analytics projects.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and project plans.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
