Job Description

  • Project Planning And Strategy: Develop And Execute Comprehensive Project Plans, Including Defining Project Scope, Goals, And Deliverables. Establish Project Budgets And Schedules, And Create Strategies To Achieve Project Objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, Mentor, And Motivate Cross-functional Project Teams, Including Architects, Engineers, Contractors, And Subcontractors. Foster A Collaborative And Results-oriented Work Environment.
  • Resource Management: Allocate And Manage Project Resources Efficiently, Including Labor, Equipment, And Materials. Ensure Resource Availability And Utilization Are Optimized Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify Potential Risks And Develop Mitigation Strategies. Monitor And Manage Project Risks Throughout Construction, Taking Proactive Steps To Minimize Their Impact On Project Timelines And Budgets.
  • Quality Control: Maintain A Strong Focus On Quality Standards And Compliance With Building Codes And Regulations. Conduct Regular Inspections To Ensure Construction Meets The Highest Quality Standards.
  • Budget And Cost Control: Monitor Project Costs And Expenditures, Making Necessary Adjustments To Stay Within Budget. Prepare Financial Reports And Forecasts For Senior Management And Stakeholders.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, focusing on high-rise construction projects. Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable. LEED certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams.
