About the role

SIS Group of Schools' is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this full-time role based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of key construction projects for our growing network of schools. As the Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of these vital infrastructure developments.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including establishing project scope, objectives, and success criteria
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of project execution, including budget, timeline, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Liaising with stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and third-party vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track
  • Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to senior management
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues or roadblocks, and proposing solutions to keep projects moving forward
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant construction industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse teams
  • Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety standards
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
