Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Familiar with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experienced in application development projects.
  • Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in Information Technology or related field.
  • Holds a Project Management certification or has attended relevant training.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Manage project management processes for each work program.
  • Monitor, update progress, and provide reports on all ongoing projects.
  • Lead project management activities, including coordination with internal and external project members.
  • Ensure and monitor project implementation to meet the defined timeline.
  • Control project progress, identify potential issues/risks, and develop solutions for each.
  • Communicate and report project status to stakeholders on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project members and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with project members, users, and external parties.
