About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects within the leasing industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure based on established methodologies.

  2. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

  4. Oversee requirement gathering, change management, and project documentation.

  5. Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.

  6. Maintain project quality standards and compliance with governance frameworks.

  7. Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports and presentations.

  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation through technology.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  2. Minimum 3 years' experience as an IT Project Manager.

  3. Strong command of project management methodologies and project lifecycle.

  4. Proven ability in project planning & strategy (schedule, cost, resource, deliverable, approach).

  5. Skilled in managing and coaching internal teams to drive accountability and results.

  6. Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

  7. Experience in risk & issue management, budgeting, schedule control, and quality assurance.

  8. Proficient in documentation: project charter, RFP, tender scoring, project progress/milestones, WBS, discussion papers.

  9. Ability to identify business process gaps and translate them into technology-driven solutions.

  10. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

  11. Proactive in exploring relevant technologies and innovations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the leasing or financing industry.

  2. Practical knowledge of the financing domain (loan origination, disbursement, repayment, collections).
