Job Summary:

The MEP Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities within projects, ensuring seamless integration with overall project plans. This role goes beyond technical coordination—it requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align engineering solutions with client objectives and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all MEP works across project phases, ensuring compliance with design standards and client requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows.
  • Review and monitor MEP drawings, schedules, and progress reports to ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Support project management in risk assessment, cost control, and quality assurance related to MEP systems.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in project management, a construction company, a consultant, or another relevant field
  • Good communication skills, including a good command of English.
  • Good personal and interpersonal skills
  • An organized person and a team player
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills.
  • Available to relocate around Indonesia according to the client's project location.
