MEP Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and attending weekly meeting with Consultant MEP for the Design of MEP scope works (for review, tender and construction drawing) related to updated Structure, Architect & Interior Design
  • Daily checking & sign off for the Shop Drawing approval especially MEP drawings submitted from all Contractors to review, comments or approved as note / not approved
  • Checking & sign off for the Composite drawing submitted from Main Contractors related superimposed MEP installation, Architect / ID and Structure drawings
  • Checking & sign off for the approval Material MEP scopes submitted from all Contractors, Vendors to review , comments or approved as note / not approved
  • Daily reporting to the MEP Manager for the updated information & activity coordination MEP works
  • Coordination, held meeting and checking on site project with the Contractors if there is dispute or difficulty related on site project to solving problem
  • Coordination with Procurement team interim of finalized technical data prior do purchase
  • Coordination with all Vendors of MEP equipment interim of technical data status and material on site schedule
  • Coordination and attending Weekly meeting with Contractors related updated MEP works progress & process drawings and onsite solving problem
  • Preparing and checking of update drawings & Equipment Schedule of MEP installation prior hand over data documents to the Tenants
  • Attending for the Site walk of project
  • Attending for the Testing & Commissioning system of Equipment MEP scopes
  • Checking and sign off As Built Drawing MEP installation and Equipment Schedule submitted from MEP
  • Contractors as a final drawings prior to hand over all documents to Owner based on contractual

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years (s) of working experience within the M&E property developer
  • Having experience of working on High Rise Building/Apartment/Mansion
  • Familiar working with AutoCAD
  • The candidate must have excellent mechanical/electrical management skills especially mechanical
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
