Job Description:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders.
- Create promotional budgeting plans to support sales initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage sales budgets to optimize resource allocation and maximize returns on investment.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
- 5-6+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Prior experience in FMCG or Retail is highly valued.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
