Job Summary

  • We are seeking a seasoned Sales Network Strategist to spearhead our sales network development efforts, ensuring effective and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales network strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Design and implement strategic sales recruitment processes to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Evaluate and enhance sales network development through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Curate training programs for sales teams to foster long-term individual growth and development.
  • Promote sales quality assurance processes to drive network improvement.
  • Lead the sales development team to achieve succession planning and talent pool targets.
  • Provide strategic direction to team members to meet performance targets through initiative, planning, and control.
  • Develop a sales recruitment strategy to meet ideal sales network size.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, or Communication.
  • At least 7 years of experience in adult training or a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, finance, banking, or insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with TNA process and implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business presentations.
  • Able to conduct training in Bahasa and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools).
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategic development plans.
  • Innovative approaches to business needs.
