You will work across application engineering, supply chain, and after-sales support to position our fiber optic solutions to end users, consultants, contractors, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively engaging with customers and developing tailored value propositions.
  2. Characterize customer business goals, objectives, and problems through active listening and needs assessment.
  3. Structure compelling value propositions utilizing innovations and differentiated solutions to address customer pain points.
  4. Maintain a balanced mix of engagements with end users, contractors, distributors, and consultants to maximize sales penetration.
  5. Manage NPI contractor programs within your assigned territory.
  6. Collaborate with distributor representatives to coordinate joint sales calls and drive sales growth.
  7. Provide training to channel partners to enhance their ability to sell our optical communications products.
  8. Document engagement activities and maintain a project pipeline in Salesforce.com for data-driven decision-making.
  9. Work effectively in a matrix team environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the assigned territory.
  2. A proven track record in sales, preferably within the same industry.
  3. Solution-selling skills are highly desirable, as well as expertise in fiber optic products and solutions for data center and local area networking applications.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian structured cabling market, including current market conditions, opportunities, and upcoming trends, is highly valued.
  5. The ability to target and prioritize key customers, manage time and territory efficiently, and act independently with confidence is essential.
  6. Familiarity with and comfort working in a multinational company environment are highly beneficial.
