The Sales and Marketing Strategist at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize revenue growth and strengthen market positioning.

This role requires leveraging your exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills to drive revenue and profitability, while working closely with the Divisional and Global PR teams to promote the hotel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing plan with the Divisional Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Maintain and update client records, conduct regular client visits, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Lead contract negotiations to drive revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales performance, excellent communication and leadership skills, and fluency in English.
