We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Regional Partnership Manager. As a member of our global partnership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through innovative partnerships with CPG brands in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing country-specific strategies to increase TikTok's share of revenue and partnership opportunities with CPG brands
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define brand account plans and unlock investments
  • Leading and partnering with XFN teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives
  • Developing annual and quarterly business plans, synthesizing market data and agency analysis
  • Delivering a plan to penetrate various brand organizations and verticals that drives alignment
  • Being adept at developing various marketing approaches to empower Brand Partners to leverage TikTok ad solutions, creative approaches, and ad tech infrastructure
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong people management experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience in ad sales, marketing, or brand development, with a strong connection to CMOs
  • Deep experience in driving brand and performance outcomes through media strategy
  • Demonstrated success leading and deploying the full mix of media and creative solutions
  • Strong ability to work with partners outside the organization and proven record of influencing outcomes by creating win-win solutions
  • Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to partners and brands
