About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Regional Managed Enterprise team and contribute to the development of strategic partnerships with regional merchants, driving collaborative business plans that fuel mutual success.

As the Head, Regional Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Commercial Managers in full-cycle business planning and execution, focusing on achieving sales outcomes across eight local markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to enhance partnerships with large regional merchant partners, aligning their goals with Grab's vision for Southeast Asia.
  • Lead Commercial Partnerships Team: Lead a team of Regional Commercial Managers in full-cycle business planning and execution, focusing on achieving sales outcomes across eight local markets.
  • Foster Sustainable Growth: Collaborate with your team to identify and nurture new strategic regional accounts, driving sustainable growth and market expansion.
  • Prioritize and Set Goals: Work closely with the Regional Head to set priorities and goals for all strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Develop Business Relationships: Build vital business relationships internally and externally to fulfill joint business plan goals, integrating team efforts with company strategy.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: 12+ years of experience in dealing with major brands, negotiating contract terms, and implementing collaborations in the QSR/F&B industry.
  • Strong Leadership: Proven partnership development and leadership experience relevant for managing partnerships with major brands.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategic thinking into actionable plans and negotiations, benefiting Grab's business strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Capabilities in building trust through interpersonal and consultative selling skills, necessary for cross-functional coordination to execute deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience in SE Asian markets, providing insight into regional business dynamics and cultural considerations.
  • Presentation Skills: Skill in crafting influential presentations that effectively communicate partnership strategies and objectives.
