- Diploma/degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development.
- Extended customer portfolio and relationship with co-loaders.
- Experience in creating LCL consoles from Indonesia to the US, Europe, and the Far East.
- Experience in creating a sales team and monitoring targets.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
