We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our growing team as Regional Sales Director - Demand (APAC). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with DSPs, agencies, and brands across the APAC region.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our performance and omnichannel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve existing client relationships
  • Engage in introduction calls and prospective meetings with potential clients
  • Sign agreements and participate in the onboarding of new clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Demand Account Management team and provide valuable feedback to the Supply and Product teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in closing new business in adtech
  • Self-motivated, high-performing individual with the ability to learn and become productive quickly
  • Team player mentality with collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Relationship-building skills that can develop credibility with executives and demonstrable business acumen
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full business proficiency in English
