Responsibilities- Lead the After Sale team, ensuring timely processing of claims and client assistance.
- Oversee ongoing insurance claims, guaranteeing claim decisions align with SLA and TC.
- Develop strong relationships with insurance companies' claim departments.
- Negotiate and appeal rejected claims.
- Monitor endorsement processes, ensuring SLA achievement.
- Verify member cards and send them to clients on time.
- Collaborate in client closing processes, coordinating with insurance and policy T&C verification.
- Establish quality and service excellence metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in current systems and processes.
