We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Partnership Executive. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Foster and maintain strong hotel partnerships, driving mutual success.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize commercial partnerships.
- Monitor market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Achieve performance expectations, contributing to the hotel department's success.
- Provide training sessions to hotel partners on effective booking management.
- Enhance hotel content to reflect accurate information and improve user satisfaction.
- Support company-wide campaigns and initiatives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel/Hotel Industry.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- Deep understanding of Travel/Hotel Industry dynamics.
- Familiarity with extranet and channel manager systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Willingsness to work in Surabaya.
