Top Hospital Chain Provider is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their team as Head of Sales. Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia has been appointed to execute the search for this critical position.
About the Job- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow the hospital's insurance partnerships.
- This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance companies and corporate clients, as well as negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize patient coverage.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams is vital to streamline the patient admission process for insured patients.
- Maintaining a high level of market awareness and staying informed about competitor activities and regulatory changes in healthcare insurance is essential.
- Leading and mentoring a sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue targets is a critical aspect of this role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is mandatory.
- No less than 7 years of experience in healthcare sales, insurance partnerships, or business development is required.
- A deep understanding of the insurance industry and hospital-provider agreements is crucial.
- Superb negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
