Role Overview

This Branch Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to join Ruangguru's dynamic team and contribute to driving sales growth and excellence in the branch. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify areas of opportunity and inform business decisions.
  • Pricing and Sales Strategy: Evaluate competitor pricing and sales initiatives to ensure Ruangguru remains competitive.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Direct and oversee all facilities and operational aspects, including product distribution.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staff Development: Coach and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree from any reputable university.
  • Leadership Experience: 1-3 years leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations, preferably in educational or start-up companies.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detailed Oriented: Detail-oriented and customer service focused.
  • People Management: Good knowledge of people management principles.
  • K-12 Education: Some knowledge or experience in K-12 education (SD, SMP, SMA Grade).
