We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the Head of Online Marketing role at a respected dental and medical supplier company. As part of our partnership with Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, we aim to find someone who can successfully drive the company's e-commerce vision forward.

Main Job Duties:
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing e-commerce strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Oversee the growth and profitability of the e-commerce platform through strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute pricing and promotion strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements for Success:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or digital marketing.
  • At least 8 years of experience in e-commerce, focusing on sales and digital marketing.
  • A proven history of successfully managing online sales channels.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
