Director of Client Services & Growth Opportunity

MCG Talent is a leading public affairs consultancy seeking a seasoned Director of Client Services & Growth to expand their business operations in Asia-Pacific. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to collaborate closely with APAC and global leads, driving strategic initiatives and fostering enduring client relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in corporate affairs, public policy, and leadership. Key responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Develop tailored client strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Offer strategic guidance on key issues, leveraging expertise and experience.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance client relationships.

Team Management and Development

  • Work collaboratively with the APAC Lead to inspire, lead, and develop regional teams, ensuring seamless coverage and attention to detail.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, adaptability, and continuous learning within teams.
  • Deliver targeted coaching and mentoring to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Proactively address and resolve team-related challenges.

New Business Development

  • Contribute to business growth through effective client acquisition, retention, and team development.
  • Support the development of credentials and proposals to showcase expertise and services.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through meaningful connections and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate affairs, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in public policy and related areas.
  • Successful track record in client relationship management and team leadership.
  • Ability to navigate complex, demanding environments with diverse markets.
  • Strong organizational skills, including system development and implementation.
