About the Role

  • Drive sales growth in the business-to-business (B2B) channel in the area coverage.
  • Manage operational & implementation of B2B agenda within coverage area.
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing & potential clients in HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), government, hospitals, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (Preferable Major: Business, Management, Economy, Marketing)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B Channel (handling Horeca / Hospitality & Health Care / Institution Building / Building Services / Manufacturing / Laundry)
  • Leadership skills, minimum experience handling a direct report team
  • Good skills on B2B Account & Distributor Management
  • Knowledge of Area Expansion
  • Good collaboration & communication with main stakeholders
