**We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Key Account Supervisor to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our brands and achieving revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationship with existing customer and new customer in assigned area Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
- Responsible in spare parts retail sales market and wholesales in the region.
- Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through approved and allocated channels.
- Analyze the market and open new market opportunities to increase sales.
- Responsible in customer retention, recommend action plan and provide service business analysis.
- Lead dealer's action plan development and control the execution.
- Create visit reports, sales reports and other reports required on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

**Requirement**:

- At least 4 years experience in this position as sales key account supervisor and handling after sales of 4W automotive industry spare parts.
- Have knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends.
- Good communication skills and friendly personality.
- Have strong negotiation skills.
