General Tasks: Lead, manage, and execute project programs to support the local country team. Create effective digital customer engagement programs until deliverables.

Job Scope:

  • Develop markets for 2.5 NVG business in Indonesia by mapping the country landscape and identifying opportunities
  • Establish and build connections with new partners and Rural Optical Points
  • Build a country business plan to achieve the business objective of providing vision correction to those who currently do not have access to vision correction
  • Align business plans with EL Indonesia country strategy
  • Manage roll-out of business models in a timely manner including budgets, sales, and manpower plans
  • Coordinate actions in cooperation with SP Global support functions
  • Report progress and monitor KPIs
  • Share best practices with regions
  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives
