**Job Descriptions**:
Sales
- Uncover, qualify, nurture and build international sales opportunity pipeline
- Strategize and initiate tactical move to achieve international sales target
- Build aggressive sales team to grow pipeline
- Monitor sales team performance and ensure processes are in-place, improved and running smoothly
- Support sales team in pitching and negotiation with potential clients
- Gather information and feedback from potential clients

Aftersales
- Build strong aftersales team to ensure consistent renewal and revenue expansion
- Ensure aftersales processes are in place, improved and running smoothly

Cross-functional collaboration
- Develop strong and collaborative relationships with adjacent functions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales target
- Minimum 1 year experience in international sales
- Excellent verbal and written English is a must (e.g. IELTS 6-6.5) - plus point for other languages (other than Bahasa Indonesia)
- Experience in B2B SaaS/tech company is a plus
- Experience in managing and building sales team
- Experience in acquiring, managing and building partners network
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent collaborator
- Comfortable working with senior management
