**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any related major
- 5+ years experience in a Product Management role, with 2+ years experience leading/managing product teams. Domain knowledge in e-commerce are highly desirable
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong ownership and team spirit
- Excellent communication in English
