As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Kanmo, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the retail industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure we have a skilled and motivated workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various retail positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to extending offers.
- Partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree holder any field (Psychology or Management are preferred).
- Minimum 3-4 year of experience in Recruitment
- Able to operate editing skills like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Willing to contract as temporary for 4 months (maternity leave back up)
