**Role Overview: Talent Acquisition Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on recruiting for roles across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies across multiple countries, particularly Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
- Manage recruitment pipelines from sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various roles, ensuring alignment with our company culture and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and provide expert recruiting guidance.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices across the APAC region.
- Work closely with HR Associates to improve and streamline recruitment workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to multiple countries in the APAC region.
- Preferably proven track record of hiring for positions in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and market trends in these regions.
- Multilingual - Due to our hiring needs, only English speakers will be considered for this position.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, or equivalent major is a plus.
