**Our client designs, builds and delivers Data Centre solutions and this stand alone lead role will drive Technical Infrastructure and Facilities recruitment across their projects. It’s a client facing role that will see you collaborate with a range of senior business leaders whilst remaining hands on and helping shape a best-in-class talent acquisition approach, critical to this will be the close working partnership between your team and our Sourcing team which will be instrumental in building out Talent Pools and engaging with Talent Communities in this space.**

**Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives, you are an exceptional communicator, with a strong influencing capability, a proactive approach and a touch of resilience. As a true business partner, you will need to collaborate with your HRBP's and build that credibility, you will be super responsive with an undeniable client service centric approach. With previous experience in a client facing role, you are proactive and strive to be that step ahead of your hiring managers at all times, you drive data led decision making and you have the agility to think on your feet, quickly solve problems and adapt to new ways of working.**

**This is a hybrid working environment, 3 days a week minimum onsite in **Jakarta.**
**What you will be doing**:
- End to end recruitment providing direction to HM's and HRBPs on the most effective go to market strategy
- Managing all roles types across the organisation with a specific expertise and focus on Tech Infrastructure and Facilities
- Delivering a best practice talent sourcing and attraction recruitment process
- Partnering with the Sourcing Team to develop a best practice talent sourcing and attraction recruitment process
**You will be someone who can bring**:
- Strong expertise and credibility as an experienced corporate and executive TA professional ideally the Tech Infrastructure and Facilities space
- Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
- Responsive and assertive communication, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels
- Process orientation, with an ability to deliver results in a super agile and fast paced environment
- Past experience in an RPO or Internal environment recruiting specifically across Tech Infrastructure and Facilities will be highly regarded
