**Job Description**:

- Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Work with support team to oversee group chats and ensure that no questions or complaints are overlooked
- Work alongside the finance team to ensure timely communication with clients regarding outstanding Invoice and deadlines
- Conduct regular health checks, by acting as a liaison between customers and the company, gathering valuable feedback through health check form.
- Monitoring active users to drive growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Looking for final year students or fresh graduates in a relevant field.
- Good communication skills are must
- Understand basic technical terms and tech-savvy
- Time management skills and the ability to set priorities
- Need someone who is diligent with high attention to detail. Small things matter
