**Tanggung Jawab Utama**:
- Call Agent:
- Mengumpulkan data NIB melalui call kepada agent independent.
- Memberikan penjelasan pengertian NIB dan apa fungsinya.
- Menganalisis data untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan atau kesulitan dari setiap agen independent tersebut serta memberikan solusi yang terbaik kepada agent.
- Pelatihan dan Bimbingan:
- Memberikan bimbingan kepada agent independent untuk membuat NIB pada link OSS kemendag RI.
- Penyediaan Solusi:
- Menyediakan solusi bagi agent yang mengalami kesulitan untuk mendaftar atau membuat NIB.
**Target**:
Mendapatkan data NIB Agent
- Mencapai jumlah target panggilan
- Mendapatkan jumlah target NIB
- Mengupdate data agent secara reguler (daily, weekly)
Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman dalam peran layanan pelanggan atau customer success.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang luar biasa baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
- Kemampuan analitis untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data pelanggan.
- Keahlian dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan.
- Kemampuan bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim internal.
