**About the Role**:
The Customer Success Associate has overall responsibility for the daily management of assigned Cloud customer accounts in SAP Intelligent Spend Business Network (ISBN) Line of Business (LoB). The mission is to increase customer retention, renewals and upsells by building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and to ensure our customers receive maximum returns from their SAP investments.
**Drive Customer Value**:
The Customer Success Associate is the customer’s point of contact for SAP. The Associate will partner with their customers throughout the different phases of their transformation journey, drawing upon various sources of information to ensure the customer realizes the maximum value from their SAP solutions. This is demonstrated by:
- Simplifying the customer’s experience with SAP by aligning and highlighting the various internal support and services teams, customer communities and online resources available to them
- Understanding the customers’ goals, success metrics and developing a customer engagement plan
- Partnering with customers to achieve active engagement in SAP-led initiatives such as customer satisfaction surveys, business transformational stories, customer reference program and SAP events
**Solution Approach/ Revenue Retention & Growth**:
The role’s focus is to create customer satisfaction, drive customer retention, subscription renewal, solution adoption and portfolio expansion for SAP. The Associate achieves this by building strong relationships with their customers and aligning solution opportunities to business requirements. This is demonstrated by:
- Understanding the customer roadmap and maximizing the perceived value of the customer’s subscription
- Developing renewal and expansion plans to create win-win strategies for both SAP and the customer
- Understanding the customer’s business to identify potential risks
- Assisting in customer queries to ensure licensing compliance and optimized contractual opportunities
- Acting as primary escalation point for those accounts within their portfolio
**Work Experience and Qualifications**:
Desirable experience in the following areas
- A college degree/ diploma in Business/ Supply Chain related
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months full-time work by 1 Mar'22
- Internship experience in cloud solutions would be a plus: Supply chain and Procurement
- Good business acumen and stakeholder management
- Written and oral English and Bahasa business language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
