Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our students succeed. Our students come from different backgrounds, and after completing our program, they will be ready to get hired by our partner companies.
In this role, you will have the chance to make a big difference in the students lives by bringing in more partner companies, helping our students improve their chances of getting hired, and giving them tips on how to make their resumes stand out. You will be their guide, mentor, and partner in their job search journey. Additionally, you will help them with job search strategies, interviewing skills and handle any customer complaints that may arise. This role requires good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a desire to help others succeed.

Assist students with job search strategies and CV best practices
Handle student complaints and work to resolve any issues that arise
Coach students on interviewing skills
Maintain regular communication with students to ensure their satisfaction and success
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends
Develop partnerships with corporations that need data science talent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of job search strategies, CV best practices, and interviewing skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field such as Human Resources, Career Counseling, or Business Development
Experience in career counseling or job placement is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
Passion for helping others succeed
Strong understanding of the technology industry and trends
Knowledge of recruitment process and corporate partnerships
