Associate Director, Customer Success

**Job Description**:
- Own and lead Retail Measurement analytics and insights for a set of countries and/ or industries across a regional cluster
- Coach and train insights associates to build their analytical development
- Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer Packaged Goods clients around Asia
- Drive Thought Leadership for their assigned industry across all Asia.
- Coach and lead team managers to drive their associates to deliver high quality performance. Responsible for planning and identifying team workforce allocation.
- Work closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform customer experience
- Own KPIs for transformation and drive continuous improvement on strategic initiatives
**Qualifications**:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business
- At least 10 years’ work experience, preferably within consumer or trade marketing, sales, analytics and insights or market research.
- Experienced with RMS system (Nielsen platform) is highly desired
- Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is issential
- Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- An ability to work independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal skills are a must
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Additional Asian language skills is an advantage
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
- Proven experience in leading a team, managing people, and developing talent
- High say-do ratio
- Prior experience working with local and international retailers is preferred
