- Develop customer relationships strategies and build user loyalty
- Establish and maintain customer relationships in order to create long-term relationship with clients
- Provide report to user with the goal to keep user satisfied with the products
- Helps in making proper schedule for Customer Success Team/LO
- Go on to field to maintain relationship and manage performance of Customer Success Team

**Qualifications**:

- Confident
- High energy
- Well organized
- Have a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
