As the Head of Sales Acceleration, you will be responsible to continuously improve & develop sales growth by driving Route to Market (RTM) strategy and sales projects with flawless execution.

What we ask
- Bachelor Degree in any fields.
- At least 12 years of experiences in sales leadership role. Solid experiences in FMCG business is a must, with channel exposure to both GT & MT.
- Proven records in managing RTM projects with strong channel management & distribution strategy.
- Depth understanding in end to end sales business process & RTM management.
- Excellent commercial accumen & strong in data analysis.
- Strong project management skill.
- Good business drive & leadership.
