We are looking for a passionate and talented Sales Project Commercial AC to join our team If you have experience in commercial HVAC sales and are excited to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you
About the Role: As a Sales Project Commercial AC, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the commercial air conditioning sector. You will work with a range of clients, from office buildings to shopping malls, ensuring their cooling needs are met with the right solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with our technical team to offer the best products and services, while leading negotiations to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial AC projects.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to clients' needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
Work closely with the technical team to deliver optimal cooling solutions.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely and within-budget implementation.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
At least 2 years of experience in sales for commercial AC or HVAC projects.
Strong knowledge of commercial AC products and systems, with the ability to offer tailored solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
A valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle is a plus.
