Head of Sales (Korean MNC) is responsible to manage Korea accounts both in DB Schenker global list / Asian Korea Multinational Company list and SME Development in Korea - China.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enhance and deploy business development strategy to focused on the Korea MNC customer.
- Work with the network and countries related especially Korea to customer acquisition and decision took in Indonesia / in network for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Land Transport, and Contract Logistic.
- Ensure successful business development planning and the implementation of local business opportunities, from initial opportunity creation to the establishment of stable operation.
- Bachelor Degree from any major and min. 8 years experience as Sales Manager (Korea) in similar industry.
- Strong analytical, problem solving & strategic management skills are required to establish overall strategy and direction.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze abstract, multifaceted problem, and influence decision.
- Knowledge and understanding of logistic operation across multiple modes i.e. Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Warehouseing, and Land Transportation.
- Fluent in written and spoken Korea and English.
- Already been in Indonesia at least 1 year.
