**Your Role**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process ensuring clearance process.
- Provide assistance and tracking on HR-related topics, including leaves, compensation, employee attendance, managing leave records and company policies by reporting on HR metrics
- Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Gather and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making and improve HR processes
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, filing, and coordination with different departments
- Handle general affairs tasks, such as office supplies management, facility coordination, and ensuring a comfortable work environment

**What We're Looking For**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak and write in English is a plus
