About Bali Spa Nature:
Bali Spa Nature is a leading provider of premium spa and wellness products, with a focus on craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovation. Our manufacturing facility is based in Surabaya, but our clientele is centered in Bali, where we supply top-tier spas, resorts, and wellness centers. We are looking for an **Operations Manager** who will act as a key figure in our company, managing both the production side in Surabaya and client-facing responsibilities in Bali.
Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Oversight:

- Manage daily operations of the Surabaya manufacturing facility.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Implement efficient processes and cost-effective systems to improve production.
- Coordinate sourcing of high-quality materials and manage inventory control.

Sales and Client Relations:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Bali, including spas, wellness centers, and resorts.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations in Bali.
- Act as a liaison between the manufacturing team and clients to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Team Management:

- Lead and motivate the operations team at the Surabaya facility.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including production efficiency, sales, and client feedback.
- Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Present findings and strategies to senior management.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure the manufacturing facility adheres to all health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure product consistency.
- Stay informed of industry regulations and update company protocols as needed.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal team interaction and client-facing work.
- Ability to travel to Bali frequently for client meetings and sales activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software for reporting and analysis.
- Experience in product design, purchasing, or sourcing materials is a plus.
