**Job Role**:
HR Rewards
**Total Reward Strategy**
- Plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive rewards strategy, by assessing the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives, identifies best practices and benchmarks
- Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective
- Develop and maintain sound and clear policies for Human capital good governance and compliance
**Performance, Budget and System Management**
- Manage performance management and rewards and recognition programs for the company, related but not limited to annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs, serve as the main resource for employees and managers regarding all benefit related matters, evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends.
- Manage and maintain the usage of annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to employee compensation & benefit programs
- Manage the HR system to ensure the accuracy of employee data in compliance with policies and procedures
**Personnel Management**
- Monitor and supervise the process of payroll administration, distribution of benefits and payroll information to employees, ensure the pay and benefits packages in compliance with state and federal laws
- Monitor and ensure insurance management (health, BPJS, pension, etc) are well distributed and align with company & market standards
**Data Analytics and Industry Comparison**
- Gather and analyze industry compensation and benefit comparisons to maintain the competitiveness in the market
- Gather and analyze industry and trends to implement new practices to engage, retain, and motivate employees
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, HRM, Industrial Engineering or any related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the same field and 2 years of experience leading a team. Having an experience in logistics industry or rewards consultancy industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with crunching numbers
- Good communication skills
- Preferably someone who has experience in merger, company’s acquisition, rewards alignment
